Cancellation Policy
At Sahu Enterprises, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel your order, please:

Make sure to mention your order number in the request.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
⚠️ Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any unofficial channels will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept delivery and then raise a return request in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.

Frequent COD cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.). Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel orders in the following cases:

Product is out of stock or discontinued

Invalid or incomplete delivery address

Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment system
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued (if already paid).
