Frequently Asked Questions 

1. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small delivery fee of ₹49 applies.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items, within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for approval. Exchanges are available if you received the wrong product.

6. How will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 8–15 business days after the return is approved. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may apply for a return after delivery.

8. Are all your products original and high quality?
Yes, every product is carefully sourced and checked for quality before dispatch. We focus on providing top-notch products at unbeatable prices.

9. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can track your order in real time through our courier partner’s website.
